ASH tutoring adheres to its mission of providing quality education through affordable online and face to face tutorial services. The core competencies of our tutors are subject-based teaching, having solid experience in conducting lessons in classrooms or through distance learning programs. We provide a high quality of education through modules based on a specific subject curriculum with a small price tag. We foster group discussions and help create relationships with our students. We nurture the thirst for knowledge – and this speaks true of what we value most, learning.

At ASH Tutoring, students receive so much more than an ordinary education. It was founded by a teacher who wanted to give back to the young community and help as many students as possible. Our mission is to change the lives of young children and give them a head start in life.
ASH Tutoring is a team of dedicated, hardworking and reliable tutors who place learning above everything else. Formed in 2021 as a response to the growing need for non-traditional learning that promotes self-discovery, knowledge construction, group-based discussions, transformational and independent learning, which is beneficial to students who want to exercise their flexibility and options on what to learn. ASH Tutoring is owned and operated by Investinglondon Ltd, trading as ASH Tutoring. ASH Tutoring is a limited liability company registered in England and Wales under company number 13699790. ASH Tutoring’s registered office is at The Roundabout, Birmingham, B31 2UE. ASH Tutoring’s other contact details are set out on our Website.
Education is more than just getting good grades and I am confident that every student will be provided with essential skills needed to become a successful individual both personally and professionally.
Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions
ASH tutoring is a tutorial service offered to its clients referred to as “the student”, as a flexible and affordable means to education. ASH tutoring shall conduct its tutorial classes through its virtual classroom using or it can be face to face session. “The Services” shall be referred to as the tutoring service provided by a tutor on behalf of ASH tutoring for any subject offered by us.
2. Scope of Service
We will be able to connect with our students through online softwares including Zoom and google meet. The Student must provide his/her computer, internet connection and must create his/her own account on any online tools the tutors may require to carry out an effective tutoring service.
ASH tutoring will communicate any planned maintenance of the Website or downtime. We will use reasonable endeavours (which means to try hard!) to keep the Website free from viruses and worms. To use reasonable endeavours to check the identity of all Tutors and the background checks of Tutors who have Background Checked Status. If a Student is concerned about any Tutor, do not meet a Tutor alone. To communicate new Bookings, confirmation of Bookings and cancellations, to both Students and Tutors via the Website and by email (except where a Student or Tutor has chosen to alter their notification settings to exclude email communication).
3. Privacy Policy
Your registered account will be verified through your registered email address. Upon confirmation, you will be asked to fill out a form in which you will share your personal information. After accepting the terms and conditions in the privacy policy, you may log on using your registered account.
We respect the Students right to privacy. We will not disclose nor sell the Student’s personal identification and other pertinent details that will reveal any close connection to the Student’s true identity.
The student will have access to a member's area of the community and be able to control their display profile which is private unless made public by the client.
By registering on or using our Website, the User agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are legally binding – every User should read them fully before agreeing to them. (Please print or save these terms for future use as ASH Tutoring will not keep a file copy specifically for the User and ASH Tutoring cannot guarantee that they will remain accessible on the Website in future.) If a User does not wish to be bound by these terms, they should not use the Website.
4. Payments
You can choose packages from our membership plans. Payments can be made via cash or through bank transfer which could be subject to charges of which ASH Tutoring is not liable for. All payments must be made promptly without delay before the start of the online lesson. For face to face lessons, payments must be made by the end of the lesson. as For packages, payment can be done in 3 installments if approved otherwise the full balance must be paid in full before the service is provided.
5. User Content and responsibilities
Any material, information or communication you upload using our online facility will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. You automatically grant us permission to use the material/information/communication for our use whether for dissemination, quality control, curriculum development, or marketing our services. The actual sessions of the tutorials may be recorded and archived for quality assurance purposes.
Students must be at least 18 years old to book a tutor for themselves. Students under the age of 18 must be represented by a parent or legal guardian who gives consent for them to receive tuition via ASH Tutoring. ASH Tutoring is not responsible for any dispute between a person under the age of 18 and a parent or guardian. Students must ensure that all of their personal details and contact information are accurate and up-to-date. ASH Tutoring may contact Students by email.
When a confirmed booking exists, the student must ensure that they have sufficient funds to cover the booking. Students must ensure that they have given enough information to ASH Tutoring, including their correct address, to allow the lesson to take place. If a lesson is to take place at the Student’s home, the Student must provide a suitable setting for tuition. Students are responsible for checking that bookings made are done so correctly and understand they will be informed of these lessons by email (except where a student has chosen to alter their notification settings to exclude email communications). Students are responsible for ensuring that they have the correct equipment to be able to access the learning in any lesson. No refunds will be made in the event that students are unable to access the lesson face to face or online for whatever reason except for extenuating circumstances.
Students agree to not use any means to record lessons separately to ASH Tutoring. This includes storing or sharing them.
6. Modifications of the Service
We may add, modify or disable some of the existing features in the online members area. We reserve the right to change or discontinue the service from time to time to make room for maintenance procedures or upgrade of system/facilities. We will not be held liable for any changes or modifications we deem necessary for the improvement of the overall site features. Ash Tutoring may change these terms and conditions by posting the revised version on the Website at least 14 days before they become effective. Please check the Website from time to time. Users will be bound by the revised terms and conditions if they continue to use the Website or the services following the effective date shown.
7. Termination of Service
You may discontinue the private tutoring sessions at anytime unless a package deal was purchased. Lessons must be cancelled 48 hours before the day of the tutoring service otherwise you may be subject to a late cancellation cost of up to £50 for individual sessions. For a chosen package deal, cancellations must be submitted through our website or by contacting us directly via telephone. This must be carried out within 14 days of receipt of the purchase of the package. Any cancellations after this period may be offered a partial refund depending on the circumstance and number of lessons provided with the package. Refunds can be made after the conditions in this policy has been met and ASH Tutoring was not able to adequately resolve the issue. Refunds will be promptly processed within fourteen (14) working days upon receipt of cancellation of service.
8. Child protecting/Safeguarding
We seek to provide the best service possible and provide a safe experience in which children can learn. Any User who is the parent of a child under the age of 18 who has a lesson with a Tutor should not leave the child in the sole care of that Tutor. All Tutors must comply with the The Tutors' Association Child Protection Policy, whether or not they are a member of The Tutors' Association, and all relevant legislation and government guidance. If any User has a concern regarding child protection and safeguarding, they should contact ASH Tutoring immediately.
